All registered attendees are entitled to:
- Attend all scientific presentations
- Present their work during the conference after abstract submission
- Participate to the coffee breaks and buffet lunches
- Receive the paper version of the book of abstracts
- Receive a certificate of attendance
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be faxed, electronically mailed or postmarked. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
- If you cancel before May 14 at midnight, 50% of registration fees will be refund minus 70€ for administrative fees.
- No refund on cancellations sent from May 15, 2018.
- No refund on cancellations of dinner
Substitutions are free of charge, but you must submit a letter authorizing the transfer signed by the registered delegate two days before the event starting days.
